Is Wave Corrector Declick a program that I would find already downloaded and installed in my system? It isn't mine and I know that I didn't download it. Does it come pre-installed in my system? What does it do?

No. The Wave Corrector Declick isn't a default application that comes pre-installed on any system. This is an audio tool that is designed for digital audio processing and its main feature is to remove noise from old analogue recording. It's possible that this was installed together with another application or was installed for a device that you wanted to use on your computer. If you don't have a use for it, you can unsintall it by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
When I try using the program with my mono recording, I get an error message: "Incorrect Wave File Format. Only 16 bit stereo/44.1kHz or 48kHz Sampling Rate Supported". My stereo records work fine. Software came with the Xitel Inport. I selected the mono option when recording the files using LP Ripper, which also came with the Xitel unit. What can I do?
